  8. The August 15th snapshot of the commercial domains registered with
  9. InterNIC shows 18,403 unique commercial domains compared with
  10. 17,002 as of July 15, 1994.  The net increase of 1,401 represents
  11. and 8.2% month to month increase which is quite a bit less than the
  12. June to July increase of 10.4%.  Looks like a summer slow down.
